摘　　要：作为山西旅游业的重要元素,导游的素质和服务直接关系到山西旅游业的发展和旅游城市的形象。笔者主要从院校培养、行业需求和政府监管三个方面分析了导游人才培养过程中的缺失,同时就如何提高导游素质、留住导游人才、提高导游服务质量进行阐述,希望能够为导游服务质量的提升和山西旅游业的发展尽绵薄之力。Tour guide is an important element of tourist industry, so its quality and service are directly related to the tourism development and city image of Shanxi. This paper analyses the white board in the process of cultivating the tour guide mainly from the following three aspects： college training, needs of the industry and government regulations. It discusses how to improve the quality of tour guide, how to retain the best tour guide and how to improve the service quality of tour guide in order to make some contributions to the development of Shanxi tourism industry.
