摘　　要：随着我国社会经济的不断发展,越来越多的经济活动需要进行资产评估,然而,资产评估风险的存在直接影响到资产评估结果的准确性。本文通过对资产评估风险的产生原因进行分析,提出了规避资产评估风险的一系列防范措施。With the continuous development of social economy in our country, more and more economic activity needs asset appraisal. However, the existence of asset appraisal risk directly affects the accuracy of the results of asset evaluation. This paper aims at putting forward to a series of preventive measures to avoid the risk of asset evaluation through the analysis of the producing causes of the risk of asset evaluation
