摘　　要：从学术期刊数字出版的发展现状出发,对学术期刊独家授权协议产生的原因以及带来的影响进行分析;并在独家授权协议弊端的基础上探索合作各方的共赢模式,以期为学术期刊数字出版的可持续发展提供一定的思路。From the present development of digital publishing of academic journals, the causes and the influences of the digital exclusive license agreement of academic journals publishing are analyzed. The win-win mode of all parties is explored based on the analysis of the drawbacks of the digital exclusive license agreement, and certain suggestions are provided for the healthy and sustainable development of digital publishing of academic journals.
