摘　　要：1949年至今,我国敬老院经历了萌芽阶段、形成阶段、曲折发展阶段、改革阶段和完善阶段。相应地,敬老院的性质、资金保障、法律地位和社会职能都发生了显著的变化。这些变化为敬老院的发展提供了有益的启示,即:统合综效,进一步提高保障水平;上下联动,把握发展主动权;内外融通,推广养老优越性等。Since 1949,the development of China’s geracomiums can be divided into five stages： beginning,construction,tortuous development,reform and optimization.Accordingly,the nature,financial support,legal status and social function of China’s geracomiums have all changed significantly.These changes provide useful enlightenment for the further development of China’s geracomiums,that is,we should integrate the comprehensive effects so as to further improve the service guarantee level,grasp the development initiative cooperatively and publicize the superiority of geracomiums in taking care of the old through mutual efforts.
