梧州学院中职升本人才培养的探索与思考

摘　　要：为落实《国家中长期教育改革发展纲要(2010-2020年)》,广西教育厅提出了中职升本人才的培养思路,为中职学生提供继续深造的机会,这是一种新的中职继续教育方式。梧州学院作为4个试点学校之一,从研究中职升本的内涵入手,对报考梧州学院中职学生的情况进行分析,探索梧州学院中职升本人才培养方案和创新教育教学模式。In order to carry out the National Mid-and Long-term Educational Development Planning（2010--2020）,the education department of Guangxi government has recently put forward an idea of talent development for students upgraded from secondary vocational schools to undergraduate colleges,which provides such students with a chance to continue their education.This is a new mode of continuing education for secondary vocational schools.Being one of the four experimental universities,Wuzhou University,from the perspective of the connotation of education upgraded from secondary vocational schools to undergraduate colleges,is making an analysis of the conditions of the secondary vocational school students,who are going to register themselves for the entrance examination of Wuzhou University,in order to explore a talent development scheme for the education upgraded from secondary vocational schools to undergraduate colleges and make innovations in education mode
