管仲的公娼制度研究

摘　　要：人们对于管子的了解大多仅限于他的政治、经济、军事改革,而对于管子所创设的公娼制度却知之甚少。公娼制度产生的时代背景是管子辅佐齐桓公治理齐国以图称霸的特殊时期。管子的人性论是公娼制度的人性基础;管子的侈靡论是导致公娼制度产生的直接因素,公娼制度也是管子的侈靡论的自然延伸。尽管如此,管子仍然对公娼制度采取了限制措施,从而保证社会的道德底线。People know Guanzi mostly for his political, economic, and military reform, but know little about the prostitution system created by him. The prostitution system came into being in the background of the special period when Guanzi assisted Huangong of Qi in an attempt to dominate the country. Guanzi＇s theory of human nature is the human basis of the prostitution system; his theroy of extravagance is the direct factor leading to the being of the system, which is also a natural extension of Guanzi＇s extravagance theory. Nevertheless, Guanzi still takes restrictive measures on the system to ensure the moral bottom line.
