摘　　要：代谢组学具有能客观反映整体变化的特征,比较适合于中医中药多靶点、多系统的整体研究。在证候的研究上,引入代谢组学的平台技术也是一项非常有意义的工作。代谢组学可以通过组分的共性加以分析、判断,能够帮助人们更好地理解病变过程中机体内物质代谢途径的改变和代谢状况的波动,还可以从中找出有代表性的标记物,通过代谢途径追溯更深层次的病理生理改变,将有助于更好地认识疾病的发生和发展机制,帮助我们从多个层次理解阐明并最终诠释中医证的科学内涵。Metabolomics can reflect the change in the overall characteristics objectively, may be more suitable for the overall study of Chinese medicine multi-target, multi-system. In the study of syndromes, the introduction of metabolomics platform technology is also a very meaningful work. Metabolomics can analysis the common components to help people to understand the changes in metabolic pathways of the lesion in the body substances better, it can also find out the representative markers and trace the deeper level of pathophysiological changes. It contributes to a better understanding of the mechanisms of disease occurrence and development and help us to understand the scientific connotation of TCM.
