活血化瘀利水消肿方对大鼠桡骨骨折愈合的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察活血化瘀利水消肿方对大鼠桡骨骨折愈合的影响。方法:取成年SD大鼠90只,大鼠双侧桡骨骨折造模,造模后大鼠随机分为9组,活血化瘀利水消肿方组(总称A组)、活血化瘀方组(总称B组)、模型组(总称C组)各Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组。A、B、C组分别予活血化瘀利水消肿方煎剂、活血化瘀方煎剂、蒸馏水灌胃3周。造模后28、35、42d处死各Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组大鼠,取出大鼠桡骨做生物力学测试、BMP-2免疫组化观察。造模后当天、28、35、42d各组大鼠拍双侧桡骨X线片。结果:经过灌胃治疗,活血化瘀利水消肿方组大鼠桡骨的生物力学测试、X线评价优于模型组(P<0.05,P<0.01),BMP-2染色程度在造模后28、35d均高于模型组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:活血化瘀利水消肿方能提高骨组织中BMP-2的含量,促进成骨细胞的生成,加快骨痂形成,增强骨组织的强度、韧性,缩短骨折愈合的时间。Objective： To observe the effect of the rat radial fracture healing by Huoxue Huayu and Diuretic decoction.Methods： 90 adult SD rats with bilateral radial fracture model were randomly divided into 9 groups,huoxuehuayu and diuresis group（Group A）,huoxuehuayu group（Group B）,control group（Group C）,and each group included Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ subgroups.Group A,B were respectively intragastric administration by decoction of Huoxue Huayu and diuretic decoction and Huoxue Huayu decoction,Group C intragastric administration by distilled water,each for 3 weeks.On the day of 28,35 and 42 after treatment,take out of the radial bone for biomechanical testing and BMP-2 immunohistochemical detection.Each group was taken bilateral radial bone X-ray examination on the day of 1,28,35 and 42.Results： After treatment of intragastric administration,Group A was better than the model group in biomechanical testing,X-ray evaluation（P〈0.05,P0.01）,BMP-2 staining was higher than the Group C（P〈0.05,P0.01）.Conclusion： Huoxue Huayu and Diuretic decoction can increase BMP-2 expression in bone tissue,promote the generation of osteoblasts,accelerate callus formation,enhance the strength and toughness of the bone tissue,and reducing union time of fracture.
