摘　　要：目的:探索姜黄素明胶微球在体外释放度及测定的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定姜黄素含量,以透析法观察姜黄素明胶微球的体外释放情况,建立通过累计计算姜黄素明胶微球的体外药物释放量。结果:本方法测定姜黄素专属性强,药物在0.1-16μg/mL浓度范围内浓度与峰面积呈良好线性关系,明胶微球在30%乙醇氯化钠溶液介质中48h累积释放度可达80%。结论:该方法简单易行,适用于姜黄素明胶微球的体外释放度研究。Objective： To study on the release rate of curcumin in the gelatin microspheres in vitro.Methods： HPLC was used to determine the content of curcumin,Dialys method was used to research the accumulative releasing degree of curcumin gelatin microspheres in vitro.Results： The calibration curve was linear over the range 0.1-16μg/mL and the specialization was good.The accumulative releasing degree of curcumin gelatin microspheres in vitro was 80% in medium（physiological saline containing 30% alcohol）.Conclusion： The method was simple,rapid and accurate for the accumulative releasing degree of curcumin gelatin microspheres in vitro.
