摘 要:以重质碳酸钙为补强填料,运用碳酸钙质量分数为1.5%铝酸酯偶联剂进行机械化学改性;在高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)中添加不同质量配比改性碳酸钙制成复合材料.进行红外和电镜表面改性特征分析;用摩擦磨损试验评价复合材料干摩擦条件下摩擦性能;采用电子万能试验机和冲击试验机分析力学性能.结果表明:铝酸酯偶联剂在碳酸钙粒子表面发生了一定的键合作用,改性后碳酸钙颗粒分散性明显提高;随改性碳酸钙用量提高,复合材料磨耗量和摩擦功减小,抗摩擦性能提高;在用量为8phr时,复合材料力学性能最佳,拉伸强度和冲击强度分别提高了4.46%,24.57%.Ground calcium carbonate was modified by aluminate coupling agent(1.5 wt%)with mecha- no-chemistry approach for reinforcing filler, and was added to reinforce high density polyethylene (HDPE). The surface modification of the obtained composite was characterized by fourier transform infra-red spectroscopy (FTIR) and scanning electron microscope (SEM). And the wear properties of it were e-valuated by wear test at dry friction condition, and the mechanical properties were analyzed by electronic universal testing machine and impact testing machine. The results show that the surface of calcium carbon-ate particles had been bonded with aluminate coupling agent, that dispersion of modified calcium carbonate particles had increased obviously, that the wear and frictional work were reduced with increase in modified calcium carbonate content, indicating the wear properties had increased, and that the optimal mechanical properties were obtained with 8 phr content of modified calcium carbonate participation, with the tensile strength and impact strength raised by 4.46% and 24.57 %, respectively.
