信息产业对区域产业结构升级的促进效应——基于三螺旋理论的实证分析

摘　　要：基于三螺旋理论,从信息产业影响产业结构差异化、合理化和高度化三方面进行分析.运用常系数空间滞后模型和空间误差模型,以2004—2009年中国30个省域的数据为对象,考察了信息产业对区域产业结构升级的促进效应.分析结果表明,信息产业对产业结构的促进作用存在明显的空间效应,即在产业结构演进过程中省域电子信息产业呈现空间集聚的经济现象.信息产业具有的知识创新技术扩散和溢出效应使得省域产业间相互关联、互相影响,从而使得信息产业通过促进产业结构的差异化、合理化和高度化实现产业结构的整体升级.Based on Triple Helix theory,the paper analyzes the influence of information industry on the differentiation,rationalization and upgrading of industrial structure.With the Spatial Lag model of constant coefficients and Spatial Error model constructed on the data of 30 provinces in China's Mainland from 2004 to 2009,the article studies the effects of the information industry development on the upgrading of the industrial structure.The result shows an obvious spatial effect,that is,the economic phenomenon of spatial agglomeration in the process of industrial structure evolution.The knowledge innovation,technology diffusion and spillover effect,characteristic of information industry,make the provincial industry interconnected and interactive with each other,hence the pushing role of information industry in the upgrading through the differentiation,rationalization and sophistication of industrial structure.
