运用体验式团队训练法,提升高校学生干部团队精神

摘　　要：高校学生干部工作具有事务杂、难度大、要求高的特点,故而要求具备较高的能力素质和心理素质,同时还须具有团队合作精神、组织能力和人际沟通能力。体验式团队训练法通过各种精心设计的活动,在解决问题、应对挑战的过程中,能有效提高学生干部的团队精神,更能提高地方高校学生工作的质量和水平。Student cadres act as bridges and bonds in the teaching and management work in universities and it is the important reliable force to strengthen and improve the ideological and political education of university students. The university student cadres＇ work is characterized by complexity, difficulty and demanding, so it requires strong a- bility and psychological quality, team cooperation spirit, organizational ability and interpersonal communication skills as well. Experiential team training can effectively improve the student cadre team spirit, promote the quality and level of local university students＇ work in the process of solving problems and meeting challenges through a variety of well-designed activities
