摘　　要：党的十六届六中全会《决定》第一次提出建设社会主义核心价值体系的战略任务,十八大报告进一步指出"社会主义核心价值体系是兴国之魂,决定着中国特色社会主义发展方向"。中国传统价值观对社会主义核心价值体系有着积极和消极的双重影响,社会主义核心价值体系是在马克思主义指导下对中国传统价值观的传承与发扬,是一种"扬弃"和创新,在新时期具有显著的科学性、极强的现实性和重大的实践意义。The sixth session of the sixteeth CPC Central Committee put forward the strategic task of constructing the core value system of socialism in Decision for ＇the first time. The report further points out that the core value system of socialism is the soul of prospering the country and it defines the socialism development direction with Chinese characteristics. Chinese traditional view of value has positive and negative influence on the core value system of socialism. The latter is transmission and development of the former under the guidance of Marxism. It is a kind of creativity and it is of great significance in the new era.
