红榉不同种源光合特性的比较

摘　　要：运用Li-6400便携式光合作用测定系统比较测定了4个红榉不同种源叶片的光合作用日变化、光响应曲线和CO2响应曲线。结果表明:(1)不同红榉种源叶片净光合速率日变化趋势并不一致,其中怀化种源表现为单峰曲线,而浙江等其他3个种源则表现为双峰曲线,均为气孔限制型,且浙江种源的光合日均值显著高于其他种源;(2)相关分析表明,不同红榉种源净光合速率日变化的影响因子大体相似,其中蒸腾速率和光合有效辐射为最稳定的影响因子;(3)红榉不同种源的净光合速率的光响应曲线和CO2响应曲线的总体趋势相同,但不同种源间光补偿点、光饱和点、CO2补偿点及CO2饱和点差异较大。The diurnal variations of net photosynthetic rate（Pn） of four different provenances of Zelkova schneideriana Hand-Mazz were conducted by using Li-6400 portable photosynthesis system under natural condition,the photoresponse curves（Pn-RPAR） and Pn-Ci curves were drawn.The results show that：（1） The diurnal variations of Pnof different provenances revealed different changing tendency,and the Huaihua provenance showed a single-peak curve,while the other three provenances all demonstrated double-peak curves,and the later all were limited by stomata factors,and of the three provenances,the diurnal average Pn of Zhejiang provenance were higher significantly than the others;（2） The correlation analysis showed that the main affecting factors of different Z.schneideriana provenances were broadly similar each other,of the all provenances,the transpiration rate（Tr） and the photosynthetic active radiation（RPAR） were the most stable affecting factors;（3） The photoresponse curves of net photosynthetic rate（Pn-RPAR） and CO2 response curves of different Z.schneideriana provenances had the same trends in general,but there were obvious differences in aspects of light compensation point,light saturation point,CO2compensation point and CO2saturation point among different provenances.
