摘 要:探讨了分散剂含量对碳酸钙微粒在梁山慈竹纤维上的原位沉积分布情况及单根改性竹纤维力学性能的影响。采用场发射环境扫描电镜(FESEM)观察竹纤维表面的碳酸钙分布,并通过微力学性能测试仪对单根竹纤维的拉伸性能进行评价。结果表明:随着分散剂含量的增加碳酸钙灰分含量、粒径逐渐减少;当分散剂含量为2.5mg/ml时,碳酸钙粒径在100~380 nm,单根改性竹纤维的拉伸力学性能较好,变异较小;其弹性模量、拉伸强度和断裂伸长率分别为33.96 GPa、1049.23 MPa和3.34%;碳酸钙粒径的减小在一定范围内有助于单根改性纤维的拉伸力学性能的提高。The effects of dispersant contents on in-situ sediment distribution of calcium carbonate particulates at the bamboo fibers surface and on the mechanical property of single modified bamboo fiber were studied.The calcium carbonate distribution on the bamboo fibers surface was observed by adopting field emission environmental scanning electron microscopy(FESEM),and the tensile properties of single bamboo fiber were evaluated by employing micro-mechanical properties testing instrument FS-1.The results show that with the increase of dispersant(EDTA-2Na) contents,the diameter and content of calcium carbonate were gradually reduced;when EDTA2Na was 2.5 mg/mL,the sizes of CaCO3 particle diameter distributed between 100~380 nm,and the tensile properties of modified single bamboo fiber with a smaller variance were better than the unmodified;the modified single bamboo fiber’s elastic modulus,tensile strength and elongation were 33.96 GPa,1049.23 MPa and 3.34%.It is found that the reduction of calcium carbonate grainsize be helpful to raising tensile properties of single modified bamboo fiber.
