摘 要:将单层带青展平竹、重组竹、展平竹板三层复合板经过树脂浸渍处理后再进行水煮干燥加速开裂处理,从而来分析浸渍树脂处理对三种材料的表面开裂性能的差异性及机理。结果表明,单层带青展平竹的浸润效果最好,表面也几乎没有裂纹,但是整体变形较为明显;重组竹表面会形成较为细小的裂纹,浸渍树脂处理后的重组竹表面开裂情况明显降低;展平竹板三层复合板表面开裂最明显,形成的裂纹较长并沿纹理方向延伸。Single layer surf green flattened bamboo,scrimber and three-layer composite plates of flattened bamboo respectively were impregnated with the resin to investigate the differences and mechanism of the resin modification for the surface crack of the three kinds of composite boards.The results show that the performance of single layer flattened bamboo was better than others and there was no crack almost,but it was distorted significantly;the cracks on the bamboo scrimber were decreased with the impregnation of resin;the crack of the treated flattened bamboo board was severe and the length of the crack along the veins was longer than that of others.
