摘 要:研究制备了新型Ru.Zn.Cu/SiO2复合催化剂,并用于2-甲基呋喃液相加氢制2-甲基四氢呋喃反应。考察了Ru的含量,Na2CO3溶液浓度等催化剂制备条件,以及合成反应中反应压力、搅拌速率、反应温度等反应条件对2-甲基呋喃转化率和2-甲基四氢呋喃选择性的影响。结果表明:催化剂制备条件为Ru的含量为10%,Na2CO3溶液浓度为1.0 mol/l;合成反应条件为反应压力4 MPa,搅拌速率1 200 r/min,反应温度120℃;产品经气相色谱检测分析,2-甲基呋喃的转化率为100%,2-甲基四氢呋喃的选择性为87.6%。The preparation of new Ru.Zn.Cu/SiO2 composite catalyst was studied,the catalysts were applied for liquid phase hydrogenation of 2-methylfuran to prepare 2-methyl tetrahydrofuran.The effects of content of Ru,concentration of Na2CO3 solution on the properties of the catalyst were investigated,and the effects of reaction pressure,mixing rate,reaction temperature on the conversion of 2-methylfuran and selectivity to 2-methyltetrahydrofuran were studied in detail.The results indicate that the catalyst preparation conditions under the Ru content was 10%,the concentration of Na2CO3 solution was 1.0mol/L,the liquid phase hydrogenation under reaction pressure was 4 MPa,the mixing rate was 1200 r/min,the reaction temperature was 120 ℃;the conversion rate of 2-methylfuran was 100% and the selectivity of 2-methyltetrahydrofuran was 87.6% by GC analysis.
