摘 要:目的建立小青龙贴中桂皮醛的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定,色谱柱Hypersil ODS-C18柱(5μm,4.6 mm×250 mm);流动相:甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(35∶65);流速:1.0 mL.min-1;检测波长:290 nm;柱温:30℃;进样量:20μL。结果线性试验中桂皮醛在0.631~5.044μg.mL-1范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 9;精密度试验中峰面积RSD为0.65%;重复性试验峰面积RSD为0.59%;稳定性试验峰面积RSD为0.93%;平均加样回收率为99.61%,RSD为0.51%(n=6)。结论试验线性关系良好,精密度、稳定性及重现性均良好,加样回收率试验符合要求,可以作为小青龙贴中桂皮醛的含量测定。Objective To establish the determination method of cinnamaldehyde content in xiaoqin- glong patch. Methods The high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was adopted, with chromato- graphic column Hypersil ODS - C18 column(5 μm,4.6 mm 250 mm). Mobile phase: methanol -0. 1% phosphoric acid ( 35 : 65 ) ; flow velocity : 1.0 mL · min - 1 ; detective wavelength : 290 nm ; column temperature : 30 ℃, sampling volume:20 μL. Results In the linear test, the linear relationship of cinnamaldehyde was good in the range of 0. 631 -5. 044 μg · mL^-1 ,r = 0. 999 9; in the precision test,the peak area RSD was 0.65% ;in the repeatability test,the peak area RSD was 0.59% ;in the stability test,the peak area RSD was 0.93 % ;the average sampling recovery was 99.61% ,RSD was 0.51% (n = 6 ). Conclusion The test pres- ents the good results in linear relationship, precision, stability and repeatability. The sampling recovery test is in compliance with the requirement. Hence, this method is applicable for the content determination of cinnam- aldehyde in xiaoainglong patch.
