灸药并用对难治性肾病综合征患者血清IL-6与IL-8的影响

摘　　要：目的观察灸药并用对难治性肾病综合征(RNS)患者的临床疗效,并探讨其对血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)的影响。方法将58例RNS患者随机分为对照组(30例)和治疗组(28例),对照组患者采用中药益气活血化湿方治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用艾灸治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后血清IL-6、IL-8、血浆白蛋白、血清肌酐、24 h尿蛋白的变化情况。结果两组患者治疗前后比较,血浆白蛋白均明显升高,24 h尿蛋白、IL-6、IL-8均明显下降(P<0.05),且治疗组血浆白蛋白升高水平和24 h尿蛋白、IL-6、IL-8下降水平均较对照组明显(P<0.05),血清肌酐水平未见明显统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论灸药并用治疗RNS临床疗效确切,通过调节细胞因子,纠正RNS的免疫失衡,可能是灸药治疗RNS的作用机制之一。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy on refractory nephrotic syndrome （RNS）in the patients treated with moxibustion and medication and explore the impacts on serum IL - 6 and IL - 8. Methods Fifty - eight cases of RNS were randomized into a control group （ 30 cases） and a treatment group （28 cases ）. In the control group, the herbal formula for benefiting qi, activating blood flow and resolving damp was adopted. In the treatment group, on the basic treatment as the control group, moxibustion was add- ed. The changes in serum IL -6 and IL -8, plasma albumin, serum creatinine and 24h urine protein were ob- served before and after treatment for the patients in the two groups. Results In comparison before and after treatment for the patients in the two groups, plasma albumin level was increased apparently,24 h urine pro- tein, IL -6 and IL -8 were reduced apparently（P 〈 0.05 ）. The results in the treatment group were more ap- parent than those in the control group（ P 〈0.05 ）. The difference in serum creatinine was not significant sta- tistically（P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion The combination of moxibustion and medication achieves the definite clinical efficacy on RNS. It regulates cellular factors and rectifies the immune imbalance of RNS, which is possibly one of the mechanisms on the treatment of RNS with moxibustion and medication.
