北沙参的化学成分及药理作用研究进展

摘　　要：北沙参种植资源丰富,化学成分丰富,药理活性明显,在临床上广为使用,具有广阔的开发应用前景。近几年就北沙参化合物的提取分离和新药理学作用都有进一步的研究,本文对不同方法提取分离的北沙参化学成分,以及北沙参免疫调节作用、对肺纤维化和肺炎的预防作用、抗衰老及抗肿瘤等药理学作用进行了简要的归纳和总结,以期对北沙参的进一步研究提供参考。Germplasm of Radix Glehniae derived from Glehnia littoralis is rich in resources,complex in chemical compositions,and has obvious pharmacological activities.It is used widely in clinic,and has a broad application prospect of development.In recent years,extraction and separation of germplasm compound of Radix Glehniae and its new pharmacological effect have been further researched.In this paper,the chemical compositions of Radix Glehniae extracted and separated by different methods and extraction liquids,their immune regulation effect,protection against pneumonia and pulmonary fibrosis,anti-aging and antitumor effect are summarized.
