摘 要:目的研究β-环糊精(β-CD)及其衍生物对金丝桃素的增溶作用及荧光增强作用。方法通过测定金丝桃素在不同浓度CD衍生物中的溶解度,绘制相溶解度曲线及荧光谱图。结果随着CD浓度的增加金丝桃素的溶解度也增加,荧光强度也随着增强,金丝桃素与交联环糊精包结比为1∶2。结论β-CD及其衍生物对金丝桃素均有增溶作用,其中交联环糊精的增溶效果最为显著,且对金丝桃素具有较强的荧光增强作用。Objective To study the influence of β-cyclodextrin(β-CD) and its derivatives on solubilization and fluorescence enhancement of hypericin.Methods The phase diagram and fluorogram were obtained by determining hypericin solubility in different concentrations of β-CD and its different derivatives.Results The solubility and fluorescence intensity of hypericin were significantly enhanced by increased CD concentration and hypericin could form an inclusion compound(1∶ 2) with the cyclodextrin polymers(CDP).Conclusion β-CD and its derivatives all have solubilization enhancing effect on hypericin with CDP showing the most significant effect.Besides,CDP have the strong fluorescence enhancement for hypericin.
