摘　　要：目的建立多西紫杉醇长循环热敏脂质体包封率的测定方法。方法通过离心法分离载药脂质体与游离药,采用高效液相色谱法测定多西紫杉醇长循环热敏脂质体的包封率,并考察方法的可行性。结果 9300×g离心10 min,载药脂质体与游离药可以较好分离,平均回收率为101.36%(RSD=0.59%)。结论该方法简便快速,准确可靠,可用于测定多西紫杉醇长循环热敏脂质体的包封率。Objective To establish and validate HPLC methods for the determination of the entrapment efficiency of long-circulation thermo-sensitive liposomes containing docetaxel（DLTL）.Methods Centrifugation was applied to isolate free drug and HPLC was used to determine the entrapment efficiency of DLTL.The feasibility of the method was investigated.Results Following the lowspeed centrifugation at 9300 × g for 10 min,the entrapment efficiency of DLTL was determined.The average recovery was 101.36%（RSD =0.59%）.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate,reliable and sensitive,and can be applied to the determination of the entrapment efficiency of DLTL.
