摘  要:为继续优化油茶芽苗砧嫁接技术,以‘湘林’系列油茶优良无性系为材料,研究了5种不同的基质类型、2种不同规格的容器杯、2种嫁接部位、2种接穗类型、砧木所保留根系的长度以及接穗叶片的保留程度对油茶芽苗砧嫁接苗成活率与苗木长势的影响,研究结果表明:基质以黄心土∶泥炭土∶河沙=2∶1∶1最适宜;容器杯规格以10 cm×12 cm最适宜;嫁接位置以胚芽最适宜;接穗类型以腋芽最适宜;叶片保留程度以留叶1/2最适宜。初步建立了油茶芽苗砧嫁接技术体系,为提高芽苗砧嫁接成活率及新梢长势提供了理论依据。The effects of 5 mediums,2 different sizes of glass containers,2 grafted positions,2 types of scions,root length of the stocks and leaf sizes of the scions on the survival rate and seedling growth were studied by taking the superior clones as the tested materials,which belong to ‘Xianglin’ series.The results show that the optimum medium was the mixture of yellow subsoil,peat and river sand(2 ︰ 1 ︰ 1),the survival rate was 69.5%,and the length of new shoot was 12 cm.The suitable container size was 10 cm ×12 cm;the highest survival rate with germ grafting was 91.9%,the length of the new shoot was 15.2 cm;the rational scion was axillary bud which survival rate was 89.10%;the blade retention level was leaf one-second,with the higher survival rate of 72.0%.The hypocotyle grafting techniques of oil tea was accomplished comprehensively so as to improve current grafting techniques,to promote breeding techniques of improved species and to put forward extension theories.
