摘 要:采用现场实例和实验分析法,对喀斯特地区贵阳市10年生亮叶桦+意杨林、33年生麻栎林中Cu、Zn、Mn、Ni、Co、Pb、Cd、Fe元素的含量、积累和分布、生物循环进行了研究。结果表明:2种林分土壤pH值为4.49~5.03,为酸性土壤,微量元素含量Fe最高,Mn次之,Cd最低;林木中微量元素以Mn最高,为195.41~646.67 mg.kg-1;林木组织器官叶中含Cu量最高,为52.04~75.38 mg.kg-1;根中含Fe量最高,为24.22~70.09 mg.kg-1;林木对土壤中Cu的富集能力最强,富集系数为2.68~6.71;2种林分微量元素的生物循环积累量为18.22~589.60 kg.hm-2,存留量为1.822~17.870 kg.hm-2a-1,归还量为0.621~1.942 kg.hm-2a-1,吸收量为2.442~19.813 kg.hm-2a-1,利用系数为0.034~0.134,循环系数为0.098~0.254。By using field examples and experimental analysis methods,the concentration,accumulation,spatial distribution,decomposition and biological cycle of eight trace elements(Cu,Zn,Mn,Ni,Co,Pb,Cd,Fe) in 10-year-old Betula luminifera and Italian poplar mixed forest and 33-year-old Sawtooth oak forest were investigated.The results show that the pH of two stands soil was 4.49 ~ 5.03 and the soils were acidic,the concentration of Fe had the highest value among the eight trace elements,following by Mn,and Cd had the lowest concentration in the soils;the concentration of Mn was 195.41 ~ 646.67 mg.kg-1 in trees and Mn had the highest value,Cu had the highest concentration of 52.04 ~ 75.38 mg.kg-1 in leaves;Fe had the highest concentration of 24.22 ~ 70.09 mg.kg-1 in roots;Cu had the highest enrichment factor of 2.68 ~ 6.71;accumulation amounts of trace elements in two stands was 18.22 ~ 589.60 kg.hm-2,retention amount was 1.822 ~ 17.870 kg.hm-2 a-1,return amount was 0.621 ~ 1.942 kg.hm-2a-1,absorption amount was 2.442 ~ 19.813 kg.hm-2a-1,utilization coefficient was 0.034 ~ 0.134,cycling coefficient was 0.098 ~ 0.254.
