新形势下我国文化产业统计系统优化路径探析

摘　　要：在文化产业迅速崛起的背景下,优化文化产业统计系统的重要性也越发体现出来。当前我国文化产业统计系统存在的问题主要表现在统计范围不统一、统计指标设定难以满足经济社会发展需求、统计系统行政障碍制约作用明显以及统计调查方法不科学等四个方面,而对创意劳动及其生产劳动属性界定不清晰、历史思维惯性影响、缺乏成熟的他国经验则是这些问题产生的主要原因。相应的优化路径则在于运用马克思生产劳动理论明晰产业统计范围、完善统计指标设置、合理确定统计调查方法以及健全统计行政服务系统。Under the background of rapid rising of culture industry, the importance of optimizing its statistical system becomes increasingly apparent. The problems existing in the current statistics system of our country are as follows： statistical scope is not unified; index set is unable to meet the demand of economic and social development; administrative restriction to statistical system is obvious and statistical investigation methods are not scientific. The causes for these problems include unclear definition of the characteristics of creative labor and productive labor, the negative effect of historical thinking inertia and the immature experience of other countries＇ statistical system. Correspondingly, the optimization path is to make clear the scope of culture industry statistics from the perspective of Marx＇s productive labor theory, improve statistical index set and decide the reasonable research methods and to improve the statistical administrative service system.
