不同ABO血型病人围术期血小板聚集率的比较

摘　　要：目的:探讨不同ABO血型患者围术期血小板聚集率(PRA)的变化。方法:根据ABO血型选择择期手术病人120例,分为4组A、B、AB、O组各30例。所有病例采用全身麻醉复合硬膜外麻醉,在麻醉前(T1)、手术开始后30 min(T2)、60 min(T3)、手术结束后1 h(T4)、8 h(T5)、24 h(T6)征得患者及家属同意采集中心静脉血检测PRA。结果:4组病人麻醉前T1的PAR,O型血病人低于其它3种血型,但均在正常范围,差异无统计学意义。手术开始后T2和T3及术后T4、T5、T6的PARO型血病人明显低于其它3种血型(P<0.01),其次是B型血低于A、AB型病人(P<0.05)。而A和AB型病人差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:围术期O型血病人PAR明显低于非O型血病人。A型血病人PAR最高,易发生血栓。Objective：To study the changes of perioperative platelet agglutination rate in patients of different ABO blood groups.Methods：120 schedule patients were divided into four groups according to ABO blood groups,A、B、AB、O group（n=30）.All cases were anesthetized with general plus epidural anesthesia.The blood sample of 120 patients were taken before anesthesiaT1,30 min after operationT2,60 min after operation T3 and 1h after the end of operation T4,8 h after the end of operation T5,24 h after the end of operation T6 for determining platelet agglutination rate.Results：The PRA of O group was lower than non-O group at the point of T1,but all PRA of four groups were in normal range,there were no significant different among the four groups.The PRA of O group was significant lower than other three groups at the point of T2 T3 T4 T5 T6（P＆lt;0.01）,the PRA of B group was lower than A and AB group at same time（P＆lt;0.05）.There was no significant different between A and AB group.Conclusion：The PRA of O group was lower than non-O groups.The PRA of A group was highest among four groups,so thrombus was formed easily.
