摘　　要：目的:探讨采用关节镜同种异体跟腱骨复合体Ⅰ期移植重建前后交叉韧带的临床疗效。方法:术中用环锯切取规范化柱状跟骨骨栓,可吸收挤压螺钉固定股骨端及胫骨端;保证移植物在股骨及胫骨隧道内的牢固固定。结果:19例均获随访,平均随访时间31个月(12～44个月)。膝关节术前Lysholm评分为(49.5±6.5)°;术后改善到(91.5±7.9)分。总优良率86%。结论:应用同种异体跟腱骨复合体关节镜下Ⅰ期移植重建前后交叉韧带损伤手术操作容易;创伤小;可较好地恢复膝关节功能,近期疗效理想。Objective：To assess the clinical efficacy of One-Stage allogenic heel tendon transplantation for the knee cruciate ligament reconstrauction by arthroscopy.Methods：A special technique using ahollow saw was allowed for the standardized harvest of cylindrical calcaneus bone plugs,patients were treated with interference screw fixation of the femoral and tibia,ensuring adequate press-fit fixation within the femoral and tibial tunnels.Results：All 19 patients were followed up for an average 24 months（ranges from 12 to 36 months）.The average Lysholm score was improved to（ranges from 91.5±7.9）.The excellent and good results were obtained in 86%.Conclusion：One-Stage allogenic heel tendon transplantation for the knee cruciate ligament reconstrauction by arthroscopy have the advantages of easy operation,Small wound and good joint function,and it have an idear recent effect.
