摘  要:骨关节炎(OA)是以关节软骨变性、骨质增生为特征的退行性关节病,患病率、致残率高。目前缺乏有效的治疗措施,对患者生活质量和社会经济有很大的影响。骨髓间充质干细胞(MSCs)属于多能干细胞,易从体外提取,增殖能力强,免疫源性低,已经成为一个再生医学重要的细胞来源,特别是对于软骨修复。OA滑膜存在MSCs归巢有关黏附因子,提示MSCs在OA软骨修复中有重要作用。体外透明质酸(HA)和自体滑膜液培养诱导间充质干细胞获得了与TGF-β相似的分化软骨细胞结果,为在体试验奠定基础。亦有报道MSCs治疗OA会加重骨赘的形成。Osteoarthritis is a degenerative joint disease,with high prevalence and disability rate,characterized by erosion of the articular cartilage and hypertrophy of bone.No effective treatment is provided till now.It has a broad health and socioeconomic impact.Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs) are pluripotent stem cells,easy to extract from the in vitro proliferation of Strong,low immunogenicity,and has become an important cellular source of regenerative medicine,especially for the repair of cartilage.Mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs) with multipotentiality and great reproductive activity are the precursor cells of chondrocytes.The homing-related anhesion molecules were expressed on the synovium of OA,indicating MSCs may play a important role in the repair of the cartilage.In vitro,hyaluronic acid(HA) and autologous synovial fluid had induced chondrogenic differentiation of equine MSCs as TGFβ,which lighted on the road of in vivo test.But it is also reported the transplant of MSCs may exacerbated osteophyte.
