摘  要:调查测试水样的卤代烃含量,分析其与水源种类、处理方式有关的因素,讨论怎样以最简单的方式减少水中卤代烃的量.通过组织调查测试活动,针对生水放置和加热处理因素设计两因素裂区试验.GC测试前水样的顶空处理设计经过4因素3水平的正交试验进行优选.正交试验优选出水样顶空处理方法为:顶空瓶中气液比1.5,保温温度60℃,保温时间60 min,辅以震荡促顶空平衡.裂区方差分析结果显示,加热处理各组间有统计学极显著意义,提示合理的煮沸方式,能使卤代烃的含量降到较低水平.结果表明,生水适当敞口放置、开水煮沸等措施是简单有效的减害方法.In the paper, the simplest method reduced the content of halogenated hydrocarbons in water by determining the concentration of halogenated hydrocarbons in water samples and analyzing its source and treatment. After determination of water sample, two-factor split plot design was applied concerning the placement and heat treatment of raw water. The conditions of headspace technique before GC test were optimized by orthogonal design for four factors and three levels. The optimization results showed that gas liquid ratio in the headspace vial was 1. 5, and the heat preservation temperature and the soaking time were separately 60 ℃ and 60 rain with shaking for balancing. The results of variance analysis showed that there were significant differences between the heat treatment factors, which indicated the content of halogenated hydrocarbon could reduce to very low value by the reasonable boiling. The paper concluded that proper placement of raw water without being sealed and water boiling are simple and effective measures to alleviate poison of halogenated hydrocarbons in water,
