摘  要:采用萃取-沉淀法在有机相中制备了高负载量、稳定的ZnS纳米粒子,用XPS、TEM等手段对ZnS粒子进行了表征,分析了其在溶剂中的负载量和稳定性能。并用四球机和SRV微动摩擦磨损试验机对表面修饰的ZnS纳米粒子在基础油500SN中的摩擦学性能进行了研究,用SEM和XPS对磨斑表面进行了观察分析。结果表明:萃取剂Cyanex302对ZnS粒子具有良好的表面修饰作用;添加ZnS粒子能够有效改善基础油的极压性能和抗磨减摩性能;当添加量为0.25%(质量分数)时,其摩擦系数和磨损体积损失比纯500SN分别降低了76.9%和48.9%。Cyanex302-modified ZnS nano-particles with high loading concentration and stability were prepared directly in hexane via extraction - precipitation method. The ZnS nano - particles were characterized by XPS and TEM, respectively. Moreover, the tribological properties of base oil 500SN containing the above ZnS nano - particles were studied with four ball machine and optimol SRV oscillating friction and wear tester. The surface of wear scars was analyzed with SEM and XPS. The result showed that ZnS nano - particles can be well modified by Cyanex302. The extreme pressure and antiwear & fric-tion - reducing properties of base oil can be effectively improved with the addition of ZnS nano - particles. When the addition amount is 0.2.5% ( mass fraction), the friction coefficient and the wear volume loss decrease by 76.9% and 48.9% respec-tively compared with no addition of ZnS nano - particles.
