摘　　要：自2009年9月民主党上台以来,中日关系发生了巨大变化,并一度恶化至历史最低点。期间,民主党在政权运营过程中,政策理念、政策决定、派阀政治以及政治统合等因素相互作用,影响并决定了中日关系的发展。Since the Democratic Party of Japan (DPJ) came into power in September 2009, China-Japanese relation has seen enormous changes, and at one time it went downhill to a historical low. During that period of time and in the course of DPJ’s administration of its government work, interactions of various factors, including policy conception, policy making, factional and powerful family politics, political integration, etc,had discouraged and determined the development of China-Japanese relation.
