摘　　要：简要介绍了电解槽槽壳的设计理念,对电解槽槽壳在高温焙烧启动初期、在电解生产过程中及在停槽大修时不同时段的状态、变形原因进行了初步探讨,并结合笔者多年的实践经验,总结出预防槽壳变形的措施。This thesis aims to briefly introduce the design concept of pot shell and make preliminary discussion on the reason and status of distortion of pot shell under such conditions as, at the early time of startup of baking under high temperature, or during reduction process, or during pot lining and relining, and summarizes prevention measures based on the practical experience of author.
