摘　　要：综合自动化技术的应用是提高电解铝企业竞争力的有效手段,当前电解铝厂的过程控制已经基本实现,而制造执行系统的建设则是未来电解铝厂综合自动化发展的必经之路,本文介绍了沈阳铝镁设计研究院有限公司自主研发的具有完全知识产权的电解铝厂制造执行系统软件——SmelterStar。Application of integrated automation technology is an effective means to improve the competitiveness of aluminum reduction enterprises. The process control of aluminum smelter has been basically achieved at present, while construction of Manufacturing Execution System is the only way to devel- op integrated automation for aluminum smelters in the future. ManufaCturing Execution System software for aluminum smelters - SmelterStar with full intel- lectual property fights is proposed in this paper, which is researched by Shenyang Aluminum and Magnesium Engineering and Research Institute Co, Ltd.
