复发性生殖器疱疹患者血清白细胞介素2水平及外周血T淋巴细胞亚群变化规律研究

摘　　要：目的观察复发性生殖器疱疹(recurrentgenital herpes,RGH)患者血清白细胞介素2(interleukin-2,IL-2)水平及外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的变化规律,探讨RGH患者反复发作的免疫学机制。方法选择100例RGH患者,采用酶联免疫吸附测定方法检测IL-2,采用流式细胞仪检测T淋巴细胞亚群。对照组100例来自无感染性疾病的健康志愿者。结果 RGH组血清IL-2水平明显低于正常对照组(P<0.01)。RGH组外周血清中的CD3^+、CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+ T细胞表达较对照组明显降低(P<0.05);而CD8^+T细胞表达则明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。RGH组老年患者外周血CD3^+、CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+T细胞明显低于青年患者(P<0.05),而CD8^+ T细胞明显高于青年患者(P<0.05)。结论 RGH患者血清中IL-2水平及外周血T淋巴细胞亚群水平异常,患者体内存在细胞免疫功能失调及免疫抑制现象。Objective To detect the expression of interleukin-2 （IL-2） and T lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood of patients with recurrent genital herpes （ RGH ）, and to discuss the immunological mechanism of repeated recurrent genital herpes. Methods One hundred cases of RGH patients were selected as research objects. IL-2 levels were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA）, and the T lymphocyte subsets were detected by flow cytometry. Another 100 healthy volunteers without infectious diseases served in control group. Results The serum IL-2 level of RGH group was significantly lower than that of normal control group （ P 〈 0.01 ） ; Peripheral serum CD3 ＋ , CD4 ＋ , CD4 ＋/CD8 ＋T expression in RGH group were significantly lower than those of the control group （P 〈 0.05 ） ;while the CD8 ＋T cell expression was significantly higher than that of the control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）;peripheral blood CD3 ＋, CD4 ＋, CD4 ＋/CD8 ＋T ceils of elderly patients in RGH group was significantly lower than that of young patients （P 〈 0.05 ）, and CD8 ＋ T cells was significantly higher than that of young patients （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The IL-2 and T lymphocyte subsets of patients with RGH were abnormal. There are cellular immune dysfunction and immune suppression in the patients with RGH.
