摘  要:探讨和对比了国内外储罐底板评定方法的不同之处。利用FLOORMAP VS2i罐底漏磁扫描仪对某石化厂10 000m3柴油储罐底板进行现场检测,给出了罐底的腐蚀状况。通过漏磁检测、宏观检测和超声波测厚结果的对比分析证实了漏磁检测方法的可靠性。最后依据API653-2001和SY/T 5921-2000标准相关要求对维修后的储罐底板进行了安全评定。The differences of evaluation method of the tank bottom at home and abroad were discussed and contrasted. A petrochemical plant of 10 000 m3 was inspected by using FLOORMAP VS2i tank bottom magnetic flux leakage scanner and the corrosion information of the tanks was shown. It was proved by comparative analysis of the results of MFL inspection, visual examination and ultrasonic thickness testing that MFL inspection was reliable. This paraffin oil tank bottom was integrity evaluated after repairing based on API 653 code and SY/T 5921 regulatory requirements.
