摘  要:【目的】分析采用电Fenton法处理延长某油田采油废水时,各影响因素对废水污染物去除率的影响,旨在为采油废水的处理提供试验依据。【方法】先比较电Fenton法与Fenton法处理采油废水的效果,之后研究电流强度、H2O2质量浓度、H2O2与FeSO4物质的量之比、pH值和板间距等影响因素对采油废水COD去除率的影响。【结果】比Fenton法相比,电Fenton法处理采油废水时的COD去除率明显提高;COD去除率随电流强度和H2O2质量浓度的增加而增大,在电流强度为1.5A、H2O2质量浓度为1 100mg/L时达到最大,之后继续增大电流强度和H2O2质量浓度则不利于反应的进行。当H2O2与FeSO4的物质的量之比为35∶1,30∶1,25∶1,20∶1时,随着FeSO4质量浓度的增大,COD去除率呈先增大后减小的趋势,H2O2与FeSO4的最佳物质的量之比为25∶1,此时FeSO4的质量浓度为196.7mg/L。随着pH增加,COD去除率先增加后减小,最优pH值为3。随着板间距的减小,COD去除率先增加后减小,最佳板间距为10mm。【结论】获得了电Fenton法处理采油废水的最佳条件,在此条件下COD的去除率可达到80%以上。【Objective】 Electro-Fenton process was used to study the effect of different factors on the treatment of oilfield wastewater.【Method】 This study compared the treatment efficiencies of the oil production wastewater by Fenton method and Electro-Fenton method first,and investigated the influences of factors such as current density,H2O2 concentration,mole ratio of H2O2 and FeSO4,pH and plate space on the COD removal efficiency of oil production wastewater.【Result】 The Electro-Fenton method had higher COD removal efficiency than the Fenton method.The COD removal efficiency increased as the increase of current density and H2O2 concentration.The highest efficiency was got when the current density was 1.5 A and the H2O2 concentration was 1 100 mg/L.Increase of the current density and the H2O2 concentration after the optimal condition slowed down the reaction.When the mole ratios of H2O2 and FeSO4 were 35∶1,30∶1,25∶1,and 20∶1,the COD removal efficiency increased firstly and then decreased as the concentrations of FeSO4 increased.The best mole ratio of H2O2 and FeSO4 was 25∶1 and the concentration of FeSO4 was 196.7 mg/L.The COD removal efficiency increased first then decreased with the increase of pH and the optimum pH was 3.The COD removal rate increased first then decreased with the decrease of plate space and the best plate space was 10 mm.【Conclusion】 The optimum experiment conditions of Electro-Fenton method for oil production wastewater were studied,and the COD removal efficiency was above 80%.
