摘  要:【目的】筛选出对黄瓜花叶病毒(CMV)具有抑制作用的真菌多糖。【方法】采用半叶枯斑法和盆栽试验,测定了猴头菇多糖、云芝多糖、安络小皮伞多糖、灰树花多糖、灵芝多糖、猪苓菌多糖、黑木耳多糖、虫草多糖、香菇多糖和蜜环菌多糖等10种真菌多糖对CMV的室内抑制效果和对烟苗生长的影响;采用间接ELISA以及病情指数调查法,分别测定了云芝多糖对烟苗叶片内CMV含量的影响及对CMV的田间防效。【结果】不同质量浓度真菌多糖对CMV均有一定的抑制作用,抑制效果随着多糖质量浓度的增加而提高,在不同处理中,真菌多糖对CMV的预防效果最好,其次为钝化效果。1 000mg/L的云芝多糖对CMV具有良好的预防作用,防效高达79.83%;对烟苗的生长具有促进作用,烟苗株高、茎围、地上部鲜质量和最大叶面积分别比对照高87.37%,48.28%,58.03%和222.27%。云芝多糖处理后,烟苗叶片内CMV的含量处于较低水平,比对照CMV含量低50.76%~89.96%;田间药效试验显示,云芝多糖在较长的一段时间内对CMV表现出较高的防效,在药后第7,14,21天防效分别达74.30%,68.07%和62.03%,防治效果显著优于对照药剂宁南霉素水剂和病毒A。【结论】云芝多糖对CMV的防治效果良好,具有较好的研究应用价值。【Objective】 This study aimed to filter out the polysaccharide with good inhibition on cucumber mosaic virus(CMV).【Method】 In this paper,the half leaf method and pot experiment were respectively used to measure the inhibition effect of 10 polysaccharides on CMV and tobacco growth.The change of CMV concentration in tobacco and the field efficacy trials of C.verscicolor polysaccharide on CMV were measured by indirect ELISA and disease index,respectively.【Result】 Fungi polysaccharides of different concentrations all had certain inhibition on CMV.The inhibition effect was improved as the increase of concentration.In different treatments,the prevention effect was the best,followed by deactivating effect.The C.verscicolor polysaccharide of 1 000 mg/L had well preventing effect(79.83%) on CMV.It also promoted the growth of tobacco.Plant height,stem girth,fresh weight and leaf area were higher than CK by factors of 87.37%,48.28%,58.03% and 222.27%,respectively.After being treated by C.verscicolor polysaccharide,the CMV in the tobacco was decreased by 50.76%-89.96% compared to CK.The field efficacy trials indicated that the C.verscicolor polysaccharide had high control effect to CMV for a long time.The control effects at 7,14 and 21 d since spraying C.verscicolor polysaccharide were 74.30%,68.07% and 62.03%,respectively,which were better than ningnanmycin and virus A.【Conclusion】 The C.verscicolor polysaccharide has well control efficiency on CMV and good application value.
