摘　　要：近几年,中国在城市化发展进程中,智慧城市利用新一代信息技术,能够较好地实现智慧化管理和日益复杂的城市实体系统协调一致。In recent years, China has undergone a process of urbanization, during which the Smart City project has realised intelligent city management and coordination for increasingly complex cities. This has been realised using a new generation of information technology. After a four-year preliminary exploratory period, China Unicom built an industry application system, which employs ＂three concepts＂, namely,
