摘  要:目的探讨牛蒡茶的调血脂作用及安全性。方法将101例单纯高脂血症患者随机分为观察组(50例)和对照组(51例)。观察组饮用牛蒡茶,5 g/次,2次/d,连续饮用30 d。两组研究期间均不用影响血脂的药物或食物。饮用牛蒡茶前后分别采用胆固醇氧化酶法检测两组血清总胆固醇(TC),酶法测定甘油三酯(TG),直接去污法测定高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C),速率法检测丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST),脲酶法检测尿素氮(UREA),苦味酸法检测肌酐(Cr),SLS-H法检测血红蛋白(HGB),激光流式法检测红细胞(RBC)、白细胞(WBC)数目。结果饮用牛蒡茶30 d,观察组TC、TG明显低于对照组(P均<0.05);HDL-C明显高于对照组(P均<0.05);两组ALT、ASTUERA、Cr及HGB、WBC、RBC检测结果无统计学差异。结论牛蒡茶的降血脂作用确切,且较为安全。。Objective To discuss the effects and safety of burdock tea on the blood lipid regulation. Methods A total of 101 patients with simple hyperlipemia were randomly divided into observation group (50 patients) and control group (51 patients). Observation group were received burdock tea, 5 g each time, twice a day, and for 30 days. Both the two groups did not receive any drug or food that can affect the blood lipid. Before and after the therapy, TC was detected by cholesterol oxidase from nocardia ery-tbropolis, TG by enzymic method, HDL-C by direct decontamination method, ALT and AST by velocity method, UREA by urease method, Cr by picric acid method, HGB by SLS-H method, and the number of RBC and WBC were calculated by laser flow method in two groups. Results Thirty days after giving burdock tea, compared with the control group, TC and TG of patients in the observation group decreased significantly ( all P 〈 0.05 ) and HDL-C increased significantly ( all P 〈 0.05 ). There were no significant differences between two groups in ALT, AST, UERA, Cr, HGB, WBC and RBC. Conclusion The burdock tea is safe and effective in reducing blood lipid.
