自制简易皮片下负压引流装置在全、中厚皮片移植术中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨自制简易皮片下负压引流装置在全、中厚皮片移植术中的应用效果。方法对32例色素痣或瘢痕切除后大面积皮肤软组织缺损患者行游离全、中厚皮片移植术,术中及术后采用自制的简易皮片下负压引流装置行负压引流,不打包加压,术后第1、3、5、7天换药。治疗时间9～14 d,平均10.3 d。结果 31例患者一次性手术成功;术后14 d皮片成活良好,治愈出院1例由于出现并发症而再次手术。结论简易皮片下负压引流装置用于全、中厚皮片游离移植术无需打包加压,可提高皮片成活率,减少住院天数。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of self-made negative pressure drainage device in full thickness or split thickness skin graft transplantation. Methods Thirty-two patients who needed full thickness or split thickness skin graft transplantation, with bulk skin and soft tissue defects from resection of scar or nevus, were treated by the technique of self-made negative pressure drainage. The device was put under the skin graft during the operation and the dressing was changed on days 1, 3, 5 and 7 after the operation. The tength of hospital stay was 9 ~ 14 days, average 10.3 days. Results 14 d after the operation, the skin grafts survived well. Only one case underwent reoperation because of complication and the others （31 eases） were operated successfully one trial. Conclusion The self-made simple negative pressure drainage device can be used in full thicrness or split thickness skin graft transplantation without package and pressurized fixation, promote the wound healing and skin graft survival, and decrease the complication and the hospital stay.
