2011年南昌市西湖区居民死因的调查研究

摘　　要：目的探讨2011年南昌市西湖区居民主要死因及特征,以便合理地制订死因干预计划。方法采用普查法,从死因登记报告信息系统及专项漏报调查获得数据,运用SPSS 17.0进行描述统计。结果 2011年西湖区居民粗死亡率为6.02‰,标化死亡率为4.68‰,死因顺位前5位依次为循环系统疾病(235.14/10万)、恶性肿瘤(163.29/10万)、呼吸系统疾病(110.36/10万)、伤害(32.21/10万)、内分泌和营养代谢性疾病(14.87/10万)。死亡率曲线呈"勺"型,0～1岁组和65岁以上组死亡率高,15～20岁组死亡率最低。结论 2011年西湖区居民首要死亡原因是慢性非传染性疾病,不同的年龄首要死因不同,加强各年龄段危险因素的控制,采取综合防控措施,有利于改善居民的健康状况。Objective To explore the main death causes of residents in Xihu District of Nanchang city in 2011, andprovide scientific basis for making the strategies of diseases intervention. Methods The data were collected from the cause - of -death registering and reporting information system and special investigation for the missing cases by the method of census. The proportion of the cause - of - death were described by the software of SPSS 17. 0. Results The crude death rate （ CDR） of residentsin Xihu District was 6. 02%o,the standard mortality rate was 4. 68%o,the first five sequence of cause of death cis - position werecirculatory system disease （ 235. 14/100 000 ）,malignant neoplasm （163. 29/100 000 ）,respiratory system disease （ 110. 36/100 000）,injuries （32. 21/100 000）,endocrine system disease （ 14. 87/100 000） . The curve of the motality was like aspoon. The mortality of the groups at the ages of less than one and more than 64 years old was much higher than others,whereasthe mortality of the groups at ages of 15 -20 years old was lowest Conclusion The main death causes of residents in Xihu District of Nanchang City in 2011 were the noncommunicated chronic disease （NCD） . The main death causes were variabe for diffient age groups. It is benefit for residents to promote their healthy level to control the disease risk factors for diffient age groupsand adopt comprehensive prevention strategy.
