摘 要:介绍沉管在核电排水工程中的应用,沉管安装时采用钢浮箱与浮吊相结合的安装工艺,沉管基础采用灌熟料砂基础,对接采用顶面搭接式,底面和侧面承插式,并在接头设置橡胶止水带,通过对拉千斤顶进行拉合管节,实现了核电排水沉管不漏水、不漏砂的功能要求。同时对排水沉管的设计方法进行了探索,并采用国际通用有限元软件对沉管结构从预制阶段到运营、检修阶段各种工况下的内力进行计算,取得了较好结果,为排水沉管设计提供了借鉴经验。This paper introduces the use of immersed tubes in the drainage works for a nuclear power plant,where the Immersed tubes were installed with steel floating boxes and floating cranes and the foundation for the immersed tubes was built with chamotte sand.Tube sections were joined with top lapping while the bottom and side sections were joined with socket and spigot joints.Rubber water-stop was installed at the joints which were tightened with hydraulic jacks to ensure that no water and sand leakage could occur in the submersed drainage tubes for the nuclear power plant.At the same time,research on the drainage tube design methods was conducted,using the finite element software to calculate immersed tube structure in the case from prefabricated stage to operation,maintenance phase,getting a good result,which could provide experience for the design of submersed drainage tubes.
