滑板出运大型构件技术在青兰山原油码头工程中的应用

摘　　要：针对采用轨道轮式台车或气囊出运沉箱及大型门机吊运箱梁等工艺,预制场建设周期长、费用高等问题,提出运用滑板出运技术,并介绍了施工过程和注意事项,对沉箱的固定进行了详细的计算。通过滑板出运技术的运用,使临时预制场具有了安全、优质、高效、低耗的特点。该技术对提高类似大型构件出运及预制场建设具有较好的借鉴意义。To overcome issues such as long construction period and high cost for establishment of a precasting yard when wheeled carrier platforms or pneumatic capsules are used to launch caissons and large gantry cranes are used to handle box girders,the paper presents the use of sliding boards to launch and transport caissons and box girders,and describes the working process and matters needing attention.Fixing of caissons is also calculated in detail.Through the use of slide boards for launching and transportation of caissons and box girders,the temporary prefabrication yards become safer,high quality,high efficiency,and low cost.The technology is of good reference for launching and transportation of large components and construction of prefabrication yards.
