摘　　要：目的:通过问卷调查,了解腹腔镜医师进修培训效果,以改进培训方式。方法:进修医师完成一周的腹腔镜基本技能岗前培训后,进入临床科室参加3个月的腹腔镜专项进修实践,在进修结业时填写培训效果调查问卷。结果:80%的进修医师认为进修收获很大,86%认为岗前培训很有必要,而且对手术实践有很大帮助。结论:岗前培训与临床实践相结合的培训方式使腹腔镜医师获得了良好的进修培训效果。Objective：To understand the training effects of laparoscopic refresher doctors and to improve the training methods by questionnaire.Methods：The refresher doctors started clinical practice for 3 months after finishing the pre-job training of laparoscopic basic skills for 1 week.They answered the questionnaire about laparoscopic training effects at the end of the study.Results：Eighty percent of refresher doctors believed that they had gained greatly during the studying period.86% thought that it was necessary to do the pre-job training and was helpful to surgical practice.Conclusions：The pre-job training combined with clinical practice makes the refresher doctors be well-trained.
