摘　　要：通过对二辊楔横轧直角台阶轧齐曲线方程的求解,提出一种轧齐曲线的加工方法。从定性分析的角度分析了轧件缺陷与轧齐提前量间的关系,并给出相应处理办法。Through the solution to two roll cross wedge rolling right-angle step shaping curve equation, a kind of shaping curve processing method has been put forward in the text. The relationship between the rolled work piece defects and shaping advance value has been analyzed in qualitative angle. The corresponding solutions have been given.
