摘　　要：指甲对手的功能很重要。从流行病学角度看,甲床损伤常见于儿童和青年劳动者。甲床损伤后通常会导致甲畸形,影响手指的外形和功能。甲床损伤可分为:甲下血肿,单纯裂伤,甲床缺损。正确评估和治疗是提高甲床损伤愈后的关键。Fingernails have an important role in hand function. From the epidemiological point of view, most fingernail injuries are caused by trauma and involved children and young workers. Nail-bed injuries usually caused nail deformity and will cause bad functional and aesthetic outcomes. Nail bed injuries can be divided into subungual hematoma, simple laceration and nail bed deficit. Correct evaluation and treatment is the key to imorove the outcome of nail bed iniuries.
