摘　　要：从T配送中心的作业流程出发,分析了配送缺货的原因,其中包括因拣选位的缺货导致的假性缺货。针对安全库存、补货点、采购周期、供应商管理、WMS系统提出了改善建议。Starting from the operational procedures of T distribution center, the paper analyses the reasons for distribution stock-out, including pseudo-stock-out due to the stock-out at sorting station. The paper puts forward the improvement suggestions on safety stock, replenishment, procurement cycle, vendor management, and WMS system.
