摘　　要：通过数据的统计和分析，从总体上把握河南省纺织服装产业价值链的构成和发展脉络，具有十分重要的意义。本文使用GM（1，1）预测方法对河南省纺织服装产业的价值链构成及其未来发展进行了科学预测，结果预示河南省纺织服装产业在逐渐进步，并将在未来朝良性轨道前进。Through the statistics and analysis of data, gasping the structure and development of Henan textile and clothing industry value chain as a whole, has a very important significance. In this paper, the GM （1,1） prediction method of value chain of Henan textile and clothing industry structure and its future development of scientific prediction is proposed. The results indicate that the textile and clothing industry in Henan province is in the gradual progress and will be advanced in the future in the benign track.
