摘　　要：根据工程概况,阐述了场地工程的地质条件,对预应力管桩工程事故进行了详细描述,并分析了事故发生的原因,提出了相应的改进建议,以期减少软土地区预应力混凝土管桩工程事故的发生几率。According to the engineering survey, the paper illustrates the geological conditions for the site projects, indicates the accidents of the prestressed pipe piles, analyzes the reasons for the accidents, and points out respective improvement suggestions, so as to reduce the occurrence of the engineering accidents of the prestressed concrete pipe pile at soft soil areas.
