摘　　要：通过比较山西与全国、周边省份房地产开发投资规模结构,分析了山西省房地产开发投资运行特征,指出了当前山西省房地产开发业发展中存在的不足之处,并从城市规模、开发结构等方面对制约山西房地产开发业快速发展的因素进行了探讨,以推动全省经济的快速发展。By comparing the investment scale structures for real-estate development in Shanxi with ones in China and surrounding areas, the paper analyzes the operation features for the real-estate development investment in Shanxi, points out some shortages in the real-estate development in Shanxi, and explores the factors which restrain the speedy development of the real-estate industry in Shanxi from the urban scale, the development structures, so as to promote the speedy development of the economy of Shanxi.
